I require a card # to be kept on file in the event of a last minute cancellation or no show. To cancel your appointment, please contact me via email, text, or phone - as you aren't able to cancel your appointment online. I require a 72 hour notice if you cannot make your scheduled appointment, If I receive your cancellation within 72 hours of your appointment, your card will be charged 50% the total cost of the service(s) booked. Any cancellations received within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% the cost of the service(s) booked. I am human, and understand that accidents and emergencies do happen, that being said, this matter will be decided with my best discretion. Please keep in mind that I do keep track of frequent cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. If it becomes a pattern, our business relationship may be at risk. No call/no shows will be charged 100% the total cost of service(s) booked and will not be scheduled for future appointments. Please understand that this is a policy to protect my livelihood and the future of Foundary Hair Studio.
